These experiences can be booked on their own, or as a supplemental add-on to your meditation and sound bath sessions. We also offer a unique expressive arts approach to meditation with movement, known as Dancing Mindfulness.

Emotional Freedom Technique is an alternative method to aid in the relief of anxiety, stress, fear and negative emotions. Also known as “psychological acupressure,” it involves physically tapping specific points on the body in a particular sequence while focusing on your specific situation. Great to try on its own or as an add-on to any of our other services.
Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing modality using light touch to tap into one’s own life force sometimes, referred to as chi. The Reiki practitioner acting as a conduit for this energy to connect with the body’s innate healing abilities. “With Reiki, the effects are for the highest healing good, since that is the very nature of universal life force.” -Libby Barnett, MSW.

Smudging is a term for clearing the air and eliminating negative energy in the home. Through the use of burning sage, Palo Santo wood, or white sage spray, the practitioner will recite Reiki blessings and work to remove negative and stale energy and bring positive energy into the home. Smudging is recommended during times of transition in life, or prior to moving into a new house, to keep the space free and clear for growth and well-being.
