Host Your Own Event
A simple and informative hour-long introduction to meditation. Perfect for beginners and anyone who wants to get more comfortable with their practice. A gradual approach to learning how to meditate, using shorter periods of silence, interspersed with guidance. Also great for those who have trouble sitting still or believe that they ‘can’t’ meditate.
Meditation Sampler
Learn about and experience the different types of meditations we offer with our signature 90-minute workshop. We’ll explore Mindfulness, Mantra and Loving Kindness Meditations, and wrap up with a blissful Yoga Nidra guided meditation accompanied by Crystal and Tibetan sound bowls. A great way to determine what type of meditation works best for you!
Dancing Mindfulness
Part workout, part meditation, all fun! Dancing Mindfulness incorporates quiet meditation, stretching, aerobics and free-style dance, accompanied by music that will dare you to stay still!
