Service Description

Smudging is a term for clearing the air and eliminating negative energy in the home. Through the use of burning sage, Palo Santo wood, or white sage spray, the practitioner will work to remove negative and stale energy. Especially beneficial at the change of the seasons, smudging is also recommended during times of great change or transition in the lives of those in the home, to move energy and keep the space free and clear for growth and well-being. It is also commonly done just prior to moving into a new home, to banish any negative energies from previous residents. Smudging is an hour-long process in which either sage or Palo Santo wood is burned or, for a smokeless experience, white sage is sprayed throughout the home. Reiki blessings are recited during the process to move old energy out and bring positive energy into the home.
