About the event

In conjunction with Women Empowering Women,   we invite you to embark on a serene voyage deep within yourself, where the harmonious blend of Yoga Nidra and Sound Bath techniques will envelop you in a profound state of relaxation and rejuvenation.

Yoga Nidra, often referred to as yogic sleep, is a guided meditation practice that induces a state of deep relaxation, allowing you to access the subconscious mind and unlock inner healing potential. As you recline comfortably, guided by soothing instructions, you'll effortlessly navigate through layers of consciousness, releasing tension and stress stored in the body and mind.

Complementing the gentle guidance of Yoga Nidra, the ethereal sounds of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments will create a symphony of healing vibrations. These sacred sounds resonate with the energy centers of the body, promoting balance, harmony, and a profound sense of inner peace.

Throughout the workshop, you'll be immersed in a cocoon of tranquility, where time fades away, and the outside world melts into oblivion. As you surrender to the experience, your body will relax, your mind will quieten, and your spirit will soar. Whether you're seeking relief from stress, anxiety, or simply yearning for a tranquil escape from the demands of daily life, this workshop offers a sanctuary for holistic healing and self-discovery. Join us as we delve into the depths of relaxation, and emerge refreshed, renewed, and radiating with inner peace.

Please bring a mat and any props that you would like for comfort- i.e. blanket, eye covering, pillow, bolster, etc.

Note that Yoga Nidra does not involve any Yoga asana practice. $40.00 per person.
