About the event
Drop in and embrace the spirit of winter! Become immersed in a nature-inspired soundscape curated by local sound practitioners nestled throughout wonderfully eclectic Terrain!
Based on ancient healing techniques, this sound bath experience is designed as an acoustic meditation to enhance relaxation and mindfulness as you experience Terrain’s warm and cozy landscape. You’ll be enveloped by the resonant sounds of varied instruments, including Himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls, chimes, tuning forks, shamanic drums, and more to inspire your visit.
This event is free and open to all. Please come as you are.
Cancellation Policy
At Grounded Meditation, we strive to provide a peaceful and restorative experience for all of our guests. To ensure a smooth process for both our clients and our team, we have implemented the following cancellation policy for our workshops and events:

Cancellations made more than three days prior to the event: Full refund.

Cancellations made less than three days but more than 24 hours prior to the event: Credit for the full amount, which can be applied to a future event.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event: No refund or credit will be issued.
