Summer Evening Sound Bath in Westport- MOVED INDOORS TO HUMMINGBIRD HEALING CENTER

Grounded Meditation is so happy to be holding our first Sound Bath at Hummingbird Healing Center in Westport!   A Sound Bath is a deeply restorative experience that calms your mind, body, and soul as you listen to the sounds of crystal and Tibetan bowls, chimes, gongs, drums, and other healing instruments.  

Please bring your own mat, blanket, and any other props you desire- eye pillow, bolster, head pillow, etc.

Hummingbird Healing Center is located at 57 Main Street, 2nd floor, in Westport.
