As the gentle tones of singing bowls, drums, chimes, and more weave a tapestry of harmonic bliss, you'll be carried away on waves of sound, releasing stress and inviting deep relaxation. Tension will melt away as you are guided through a journey of peaceful harmony, aligning body, mind, and spirit.
The Intentional Mind and Body Studio is a 1000 square foot space located adjacent to Intentional Self Aesthetics. Flooded with natural light and high ceilings, it is the perfect space to experience the transformative vibrations of a Grounded Meditation Sound Bath.
After the celestial melodies of the sound bath have caressed your soul, join us for a comforting cup of tea to connect with fellow participants and bask in the collective afterglow of the experience. Staff members will be on hand to answer any questions you have about the practice's multitude of rejuvenating services.
And as a token of appreciation for your presence, Intentional Self Aesthetics is offering participants a 20% discount on all of their rejuvenating treatments, tailored to enhance your holistic well-being!
Being a mat and any other props you would like for comfort- i.e.- blanket, pillow, eye covering, bolster, etc.
Cancellation Policy
At Grounded Meditation, we strive to provide a peaceful and restorative experience for all of our guests. To ensure a smooth process for both our clients and our team, we have implemented the following cancellation policy for our workshops and events:

Cancellations made more than three days prior to the event: Full refund.

Cancellations made less than three days but more than 24 hours prior to the event: Credit for the full amount, which can be applied to a future event.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event: No refund or credit will be issued.
