A Sound Bath is a deeply relaxing experience that calms your mind and body as you listen to the healing sounds of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, gongs, drums, and other instruments. Â Set in the divinely relaxing space of Yoga For Everybody in Fairfield, you'll experience a blissfully peaceful hour of self-care. $35.00 per person.
Please bring your own mat and any other props you desire- blanket, eye pillow, bolster, head pillow, etc.
