Immerse yourself in an evening of tranquility at the lush and lovely Transformation Center CT in Westport. Join Diane and Catherine of Grounded Medtiation for a mesmerizing Evening Sound Bath, an immersive experience designed to rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit amidst the serene beauty of nature.
As the day draws to a close, you'll unwind under the open sky the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other melodic instruments wash over you, accompanied by the songs of birds, crickets, and the warm breeze. Breathe in the crisp, fresh air as you settle into this lush outdoor setting, surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature.
Feel free to arrive up to 30 minutes early to enjoy a grounding meditative walk through the outdoor Labyrinth.
Bring a mat and any other props you would like for comfort- i.e. blanket, bolster, pillow, eye pillow, etc.

Cancellations made less than three days but more than 24 hours prior to the event: Credit for the full amount, which can be applied to a future event.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event: No refund or credit will be issued.
