Carol from Harmony Yoga will guide you through a Restorative Yoga session designed to nurture and restore your body, mind and soul. The gentle postures, supported by props, allow for deep relaxation, stretching, and healing, while you breathe in the pure, mineral-rich air of the salt cave. The practice will be accompanied by a Grounded Meditation Sound Bath from Diane, with the soothing tones of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, drums,  and other harmonious instruments. As the resonant frequencies wash over you, they will promote deep relaxation and release tension, leaving you feeling refreshed and centered.
