Experience three healing modalities in this special event to indulge your body, mind and soul! Breathe in the divine healing air of the Salt Cave while being serenaded with a sound bath as you practice restorative yoga poses led by Carol of Harmony Yoga. Sound bowls, chimes, gongs, drums and more will accompany the instructor as she leads you through a luscious set of poses designed to relax and restore. Perfect for all levels.
