Restorative Yoga and Sound Bath at Salt Cave of Darien

Grounded Meditation is once again joining forces with Carol of Harmony Yoga for an event designed to help you relax and unwind as you begin the new year!   Carol will guide you through a sweet and gentle set of yoga poses, accompanied by the sublime sounds of singing bowls. You'll then sink into a delicious Savansana and enjoy the healing magic of a  Sound Bath, including crystal and Himalayan bowls, chimes, gongs, drums and more. Tune into the peace that is always resting within. Come recalibrate your body, mind and  spirit with this rejuvenating practice.
