Grounded Meditation is so happy to be returning to Transformation Center CT for a very special outdoor Sound Bath set at this idyllic Westport, Connecticut location! A Sound Bath is a deeply restorative experience that calms your mind, body, and soul as you listen to the sounds of crystal and Tibetan bowls, chimes, gongs, drums, and other healing instruments. Mix in the sounds of nature at this lush location, and you’ve got the perfect formula for a perfect evening. Arrive early to take a meditative walk through the labyrinth!
Please bring your own mat, blanket, and any other props you desire- eye pillow, bolster, head pillow, etc.
