Imagine a circle of like minded women practicing gentle yoga and chi gong with a sound bath to warm up, yoga dance to shake it all up, then a Cacao Ceremony with journaling and group discussion followed by a healing meditation? Ahhhhhh! Diane of Grounded Meditation and Carol of Harmony Yoga are here to facilitate this divine afternoon. Come gather before the holiday season begins to celebrate, ground and be together. You will leave with a sense of belonging and an awareness of the peace that is always there just waiting to be found.

At Grounded Meditation, we strive to provide a peaceful and restorative experience for all of our guests. To ensure a smooth process for both our clients and our team, we have implemented the following cancellation policy for our workshops and events:

Cancellations made more than three days prior to the event: Full refund.

Cancellations made less than three days but more than 24 hours prior to the event: Credit for the full amount, which can be applied to a future event.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event: No refund or credit will be issued.
