Goddess Circle with Cacao Ceremony

A Goddess Circle is an inspiring event designed to nurture and stimulate your mind, body and spirit. We'll  practice meditation, gentle yoga, and chi gong accompanied by a sound bath to warm up, yoga dance to shake it all up; raise our vibrations with a traditional Cacao Ceremony; and wrap it all up with a journaling session and group discussion. Ahhhhhh! Diane of Grounded  Meditation and Carol of Harmony Yoga are here to facilitate this divine afternoon.
