Grounded Meditation is thrilled to be returning to Transformation Center CT for a very special outdoor Fall Sound Bath at this idyllic Westport, Connecticut location! A Sound Bath is a deeply restorative experience that calms your mind, body, and soul as you listen to the sounds of crystal and Tibetan bowls, chimes, gongs, drums, and other healing instruments. Mix in the sounds of nature at this lush location, and you’ve got the perfect formula for a perfect Autumn afternoon. Arrive early to take a meditative walk through the labyrinth!
Please bring your own mat, blanket, and any other props you desire- eye pillow, bolster, head pillow, etc.
Note there are no public restroom facilities at this location.

Cancellations made less than three days but more than 24 hours prior to the event: Credit for the full amount, which can be applied to a future event.
