Autumn Letting Go Ceremony and Sound Bath at Private New Canaan Residence

RESCHEDULED  to September 29th. Transition into Fall with a Sound Bath to help ground you as the seasons begin to change, along with a freeing Letting Go Ceremony.  You'll  write down anything you want to release and let go of; toss your notes into the fire pit and symbolically watch them burn as the sun goes down! We'll then relax into a sound bath at this lush and lovely private residence as you close your eyes and melt into the sounds of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, gongs, drums and more, mixed with the rustle of the breeze and songs of the birds. Please bring a mat, blanket, and anything else you need to be comfortable- eye pillow; bolster, etc. Address will be provided after registration. Arrive a little early to walk the meditation path in the woods. Note there are no public restroom facilities at this location.
