Envelop yourself in the warmth of Nielsen's lush greenhouse as you relax to a Grounded Meditation Sound Bath.
Unwind to the soothing notes of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, gongs, drums in the warm and tropical setting of this stunning conservatory.
Just close your eyes and become immersed in the magical sounds of the healing instruments, creating vibrational energy to lull you into a deeply relaxed, meditative state. Sound Baths have been shown to reduce stress and anxiety; improve sleep; help with depression; lower blood pressure and bring on an overall sense of calm and inner peace.
Join us for this multi-sensory experience that will leave you refreshed, relaxed and ready for the coming week.
Please bring a mat and any other props you would like for comfort- i.e. blanket, eye covering, pillow, bolster, etc.

Cancellation Policy
At Grounded Meditation, we strive to provide a peaceful and restorative experience for all of our guests. To ensure a smooth process for both our clients and our team, we have implemented the following cancellation policy for our workshops and events:

Cancellations made more than three days prior to the event: Full refund.

Cancellations made less than three days but more than 24 hours prior to the event: Credit for the full amount, which can be applied to a future event.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event: No refund or credit will be issued.
