Experience a state of deep relaxation and inner peace with our Sound Bath Meditation event, in honor of the Autumn Equinox! Join us at the Darien Community Association for a deeply relaxing experience that will rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul. Relax, reset, restore, and replenish your well-being as you awaken your spirit to the new season by listening to the sounds of crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, gongs, drums and other healing instruments. Please dress comfortably and bring a mat and any props you would like for comfort- Â blanket, pillow, bolster, eye covering, etc.
