About the event
Experience a state of deep relaxation and inner peace with our Sound Bath Meditation event, in honor of the Autumn Equinox! Join us at the Darien Community Association for a deeply relaxing experience that will rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul. Relax, reset, restore, and replenish your well-being as you awaken your spirit to the new season by listening to the sounds of crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, gongs, drums and other healing instruments. Please dress comfortably and bring a mat and any props you would like for comfort- blanket, pillow, bolster, eye covering, etc.
$45.00 for non-members.
Cancellation Policy
At Grounded Meditation, we strive to provide a peaceful and restorative experience for all of our guests. To ensure a smooth process for both our clients and our team, we have implemented the following cancellation policy for our workshops and events:

Cancellations made more than three days prior to the event: Full refund.

Cancellations made less than three days but more than 24 hours prior to the event: Credit for the full amount, which can be applied to a future event.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event: No refund or credit will be issued.
