About the event

Enjoy a sweet session of gentle yoga led by Katherina Capon of Yoga 203 before settling into a comfortable position, where you can relax, zen out and enjoy the sounds and vibrations of a Grounded Meditation sound bath. Gentle yoga will consist of light stretching that will help open the body and lengthen the muscles, guiding you to your optimal position of rest for the sound bath that follows.

A Sound Bath is a deeply restorative experience that calms your mind, body, and soul as you listen to the sounds of crystal and Tibetan bowls, chimes, gongs, drums, and other healing instruments. The magical sounds of the healing instruments, create vibrational energy to lull you into a deeply relaxed, meditative state. Sound Baths have been shown to reduce stress and anxiety; improve sleep; help with depression; lower blood pressure and bring on an overall sense of calm and inner peace.

$50.00 per person. Please bring a mat and any other props you would like for comfort- i.e. blanket, eye pillow, bolster, etc.
