Salt, Sound & Restorative Yoga at Salt Cave of Darien

Grounded Meditation is once again joining forces with Carol of Harmony Yoga for this event designed to relax and recharge your body, mind and spirit!  You'll be guided through a sweet and gentle set of yoga poses, accompanied by the sublime sounds of singing bowls. You'll then sink into a delicious Savansana and enjoy the magic of a  Sound Bath, including crystal and Himalayan bowls, chimes, gongs, drums and more. All the while you'll be experiencing the many benefits of Halotherapy, as you breathe in healing Himalayan Salt.
