Outdoor Sound Bath & Gentle Yoga

 Spend a Summer evening immersed in an oasis of serenity in a peaceful, natural setting.  The harmonious melodies of sound and the gentle movements of yoga will intertwine to create a symphony of blissful relaxation. 

We'll begin with a gentle yoga session suitable for all levels, including those with no yoga experience- which will invite you to reconnect with your body and the natural world surrounding you. Through graceful postures, mindful breathing, and gentle stretches, you will cultivate a deep sense of grounding, flexibility, and peace. This practice of meditation in motion will be accompanied by the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, birds, crickets, and the gentle breeze. We'll then transition seamlessly into a  harmonious sound bath, where the resonating tones of the crystal and Tibetan bowls, chimes, gongs, and other healing instruments will wash over you, dissolving stress and tension. 

As you surrender to the rhythm of the environment, you will be captivated by the sheer beauty of the outdoors.  Lush greenery and majestic trees create a sublime backdrop for your wellness journey. The natural elements will enhance your experience, inviting you to connect with the earth's energy and find solace in its embrace.

This event is open to individuals of all  levels- no experience needed.  Whether you are seeking relaxation, rejuvenation, or simply a tranquil escape from the chaos of daily life, this Outdoor Sound Bath and Gentle Yoga event promises to be an unforgettable experience that will nurture your body, mind, and spirit.

This event will take place at a private New Canaan residence. Note that there are no rest room facilities available at this location.

 Upon registration you will be provided with the address. Please bring a mat and any other props you would like for comfort- blanket, bolster, eye pillow, etc. $45.00 per person.
