We are kicking off outdoor Sound Bath season with this special event on the lawn of the VUE- New Canaan’s newest landmark location! A Sound Bath is a deeply relaxing experience that calms your mind and body as you listen to the healing sounds of crystal and Tibetan bowls, chimes, gongs, drums, and other instruments. Combine that with the sounds of nature in this idyllic setting and you’ve got a certain formula for bliss!
Please bring your own mat and any other props you desire- blanket, eye pillow, bolster, head pillow, etc.
