Open House at Heart Waves in Trumbull, CT!

We are excited to announce a  collaboration between Grounded Meditation and Heart  Waves, LLC- a new Reiki and wellness center in Trumbull, CT,   created  to provide emotional, vibrational and spiritual  support. Please join us on Friday, July 15th  to explore and find out more about this new venture! You'll have an opportunity to speak with the practitioners and participate in some mini sessions while we welcome each other to the community!

Heart  Waves and Grounded Meditation will be offering, at this location:

-Reiki Healing: a hands on balancing of the energy centers

-Reiki  Training and Certification: become certified in Reiki I., Reiki II or  study to become a Reiki Master, private or group classes available

-Sound Healing: using the sounds of crystal bowls, gongs, drums and other instruments to align your vibration

-Sound Baths: Sound healing done in a group using the groups energy to compound the experience

-Cacao Ceremony: Discover the sacredness and benefits of cacao

-Pranayama: using the breath to balance, calm and invigorate your mood

-Spiritual Counseling: A non-denominational approach to healing, manifesting, managing stress and many other challenges.

-EFT: a technique of tapping that moves energy through pathways in the body and releases blockages

-Meditation- group and private sessions.

-Workshops of up to 8 people custom designed for specific needs
