Goddess Circle with Harmony Yoga

A Goddess Circle is an inspiring event designed to nurture and stimulate your mind, body and spirit. You'll experience a special Chakra-balancing meditation, incorporating visualization, sound, breath work, and chanting;  dance like nobody is watching;  journal to the background of a healing Sound Bath; and share with a community of open-hearted, like-minded women. Diane of Grounded  Meditation and Carol of Harmony Yoga will be facilitating this divine, fun experience.
