About the event
Sound Healing has been used to reduce anxiety and depression, help with better sleep, improve mood, lower blood pressure and increase focus and clarity! In these mini-sessions you will experience a private, individualized sound healing which may include use of tuning forks; Himalayan bowls; crystal bowls, gong, and more. Cancellation Policy
At Grounded Meditation, we strive to provide a peaceful and restorative experience for all of our guests. To ensure a smooth process for both our clients and our team, we have implemented the following cancellation policy for our workshops and events:

Cancellations made more than three days prior to the event: Full refund.

Cancellations made less than three days but more than 24 hours prior to the event: Credit for the full amount, which can be applied to a future event.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event: No refund or credit will be issued.
